This is my Animation. The little girls name is Lin. The Teachers name is Miss Sunny. In the slide show the little girl finds lots of rubbish and then makes stuff with it.

Transformation using grids

Today we found an accredited image on Explore and selected it to use on our page. We then put a 5x5 grid on it so we could copy the image and make it original. Mrs Minehan selected the first two images so we could understand the process, then we got to choose our own image.
I found the first one very hard and confusing but the thing that matters is that I tried.
I chose the image of koru to share because I am really proud of my effort.
Have you ever tried to transform an image using a grid? How did you find the process?

Jupiter

✡️Jupiter✡️

I am sharing about Jupiter. Jupiter has more than 50 moons. Lo has more volcanoes than any planets. Lo and Ganymede are the size of plants. Lo and Ganymede are some moons from Jupiter. Ganymede is such a large moon that it has its own magnetic field. A magnetic field is basically a magnet. Jupiter is the fifth planet in our solar system. Jupiter has a radius of 69,911 km. Radius means a line from the center of Jupiter to the circumference. Circumference means that it is the total outside of Jupiter. Jupiter is covered by swirling clouds of hydrogen and helium. Huge storms and raging winds create the swirling colours of Jupiter’s atmosphere. Atmosphere is something that prey taxes Jupiter. Jupiter is 149.6 million km away from Earth. The red spot on Jupiter is a gigantic storm that has been visible for at least 300 years. Jupiter is 778.5 million km away from the sun. Solar system means in outer space. Storms on Jupiter can last for months. Storm’s in Jupiter always include lightning. The storm’s on Jupiter are much shorter than the ones we experience. It only takes 10 hours for Jupiter to spin / revolve around the Sun. Jupiter has 63 confirmed moons. If Jupiter was larger it would be a star. Field means that it is a place that is outside and completely empty. The gases on Jupiter are so thick and heavy at the surface of the planet that they became liquid metallic hydrogen. Scientists believe an ice rock core lies at the center of Jupiter. Jupiter has rings like Saturn. The temperature at Jupiter is 234 fahrenheit or 112.22 degrees celsius. Fahrenheit is a just a way of measuring temperature. A year in Jupiter is 4,331 days. Keep in mind that a day on Jupiter is only 9 hours and 56 minutes which is less than half a day on Earth. Jupiter is named after king gods.  Jupiter (Latin: Iuppiter) is the king of the gods in Roman mythology. He was the god of the sky and thunder. He is known as Zeus in Greek mythology. Oh and I got most of this off the internet.
