I’m really excited to be finishing all the activities. I have
done a happy dance around my lounge!
My favourite activity is the Inspirational quote. I really
liked this because I loved the beautiful pictures of the
dancers. I like to dance and I have that quote in my room

The activity I didn’t really like was the one with the two
pilots. It was a little bit hard for me and I thought maybe
that one could be a bit easier for the year 3-5.

The first thing I learn’t was about Oprah Winfrey and the
good things that she does. I enjoyed thinking about what

I learn’t the awesome hip hop group is lead by a
New Zealander and that she has won lots of awards and
danced with lots of famous people because she practices

I also learn’t to be patient when I doing this sort of thing.
Sometimes I tried to rush and got frustrated. This week
I have focused on it better and got heaps done.

Maybe next time it would be good to have a little less
activities so we can enjoy our school holidays because we
have worked really hard and had a gigantic year at school.

It is great to hear that you loved the inspiration quote activity and that you liked learning about the amazing NZ hip hop group The Royal Family. They are so cool to watch aren’t they! I love seeing them so in sync and their dances are always to awesome music!

I noticed that there were a couple of SLJ activities that you did not complete. You don’t have to complete them all so no pressure to go and get them done but if you would like to, I have listed them below so you can go back and find them easily:

*W2, D2,3,4 & 5 activities
*W3, D3, A2 - 3D printing
Like I said Hayley, you have done an amazing job and there is no pressure to complete every single activity but if you did want to do a few more over the last couple of days of the SLJ programme, you are welcome to. We would love to see what other activities you can do.

ReplyDeleteI couldn't do some of them because the videos wouldn't play but me and Mum watched on her phone to do them. I accidentally missed some of them too. We have done heaps now and hopefully we are finished.

So close in fact, you only have 1 more activity to do!!! Just one!!! That is amazing Hayley! I am so impressed by your dedication and commitment to get everything completed before the last day. The only activity you have left to finish is Week 1, Day 5, Activity 3 which is another person of choice activity.
I am so excited for you, because once you have completed this last activity, we can officially congratulate you for finishing the entire Summer Learning Journey 2019/2020!!

I saw that you went back and completed some so 59 activities that is amazing. I liked doing the quote too. Was your activity with the 2 pilots saying which were the differences and opposites?
