I really enjoyed this poetry activity as I love reading and writing poems and summer is my favourite season!
I think your poem is awesome, you stuck to the summer theme well and what you could hear, feel and see during a summer day and it is unfortunate that it has been such a wet summer but hopefully that clears up soon! What will you do as soon as you get some sunny weather?
Could you also complete the slides and highlight all the correct sound words and do you think you could try and upload a video of your own featuring your summer sounds or to step it up you could include a screencastify of you reading your poem.
