Summer learning Journey week 3 / 13th

To be healthy I
Drink a lot of water.
I have fruit everyday.
We do a lot of running around to keep fit.
I have a good night’s sleep and then I wake up really
early.
I opened my windows in my bedroom most days unless it
is raining to make sure I get lots of fresh air. 
I also eat a lot of vegetables mostly every day.

    It sounds like you do lots of things to keep yourself healthy. It is great to hear you drink water and eat lots of veges and fruit every day. I love vegetables (more than fruit actually). What is your favourite vege to eat? Mine would probably be capsicum or kumara! It is also very important to remain active, so it is awesome to hear that you do a lot of running around. Do you play sports too? That counts as exercise as well. I am also happy you have said you get a good night’s sleep! Sleep is so important for our health. Well done!

    The veggies that I eat are pretty much all of them.
    the spot that I play is swimming.

      I love most veges too, except I don't really like mushrooms very much.
